TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. The Service (Digital Content)
The Service consists of a single-access digital escape room game. Access: One purchase grants access to the selected room for one completion. Validity: The access link remains valid until the game is completed. Completion is defined as the moment the final task is triggered and the final audio/dialogue begins. No Save Game: Please note that the game does not support progress saving. If you close your browser or exit the game before completion, the link remains valid, but you must restart the game from the beginning.
2. Technical Requirements
The game is a 3D web-based experience. A stable internet connection is required. We officially recommend using Google Chrome on a desktop/laptop. While it may work on other browsers, we do not guarantee full compatibility (e.g., Safari or mobile browsers).
3. Age Rating
The game features a murder mystery theme (poisoning). While it contains no gore, jump scares, or graphic violence, it is recommended for players aged 12 and above due to the complexity of the story and puzzles.
4. Payments (LemonSqueezy)
Payments are processed via LemonSqueezy, acting as our "Merchant of Record." LemonSqueezy handles all payment security, taxes, and billing. By purchasing, you enter into a financial transaction with them for the delivery of our digital content.
5. No Refund Policy & Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with EU law regarding digital content: By purchasing the game, you explicitly request and consent to immediate access to the digital content. You acknowledge that you lose your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal (refund) once the digital delivery (the access link) has started. All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for "change of mind" or inability to solve the puzzles.
6. Prohibited Conduct
Users are strictly prohibited from: Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code of the game (Godot engine). Recording and publicly sharing full walkthroughs or solutions ("Spoilers") that damage the commercial value of the game. Sharing, reselling, or distributing your unique access link to others. Using scripts, bots, or automated tools to interact with the game.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service Provider is not responsible for: Interruptions in service caused by the user's internet connection. Hardware performance issues (e.g., lagging on older computers). Any psychological impact caused by the mystery theme. Loss of progress due to browser crashes or accidental closing of the tab.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania and the European Union.
